About Positive Exercises
Click here to access our list of positive exercises Positive exercises increase
well-being by focusing on and cultivating all the aspects of positive
psychology including pleasant emotions, character strengths,
resiliency, meaning and purpose and gratitude. Use them
as client exercises to help address problems or increase opportunities,
such as goal-setting, building optimism, and identifying and using
one’s strengths. All exercises include relevant scientific findings,
when available, and are easy to download and print for use in your
practice. Comment on the exercises After
every exercise, you are given the opportunity to comment on it. Your
opinions may be based on actual experience, or any other reference
point. Zone Positive encourages you to be an active participant who
makes frequent comments. These exercises will only get better with
repeated use and continual feedback. Rate them! You
are invited to rate each exercise. Our rating scale ranges from 1 star
(poor) to 5 (excellent); the average of all submitted ratings is shown
for each exercise. These peer ratings provide a quick & easy guide
to see which exercises other coaches value. Create and share new exercises Share
exercises from your coaching practice, or ones you have read or heard
about. A blank template makes it easy to contribute. Don’t worry if you
do not have the scientific data to support your exercise; just note
